
About Our Pizzas
To make our Neapolitan dough we use premium AVPN Napoletan OO flour (approved by the Verace Pizza Napolentana, no less), and only fabulously fresh yeast.
We make our own tomato sauce too, using only the finest, sweetest tomatoes, San Marzano. It’s an authentic Italian recipe which, in our opinion, can’t be beaten.
Our Mozzarella is ‘thick Napoli cut’, or “fior di latte taglio napoli”; it’s specially made for pizza, melts like a dream and tastes delicious. Even better its also suitable for vegetarians.
Our toppings vary from week to week, and from season to season; our ingredients are also, where possible, sustainably sourced. Our aim is to create unique, mouth-watering flavour combinations to keep you wanting more!
